There is a minimum of a $200.00 deposit for overnight campers or the full payment is optional upon first registration. For daily campers, we require a $75.00 deposit or full payment when registering.

We ask that registrations are completed and the full payment is sent in at least three weeks prior to the selected week of enrollment.

Final registration forms can be submitted via mail, fax, or upon arrival to the camp. These forms are available in pdf. file on the bottom of this page. Please fill them out completely. The information collected will remain confidential and is for registration purposes only. A representative of DLB Academy of Sport and Recreation will contact you to confirm your acceptance.
