We are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whatever you desire. Our mission at the Fitness Centre is to promote the health of the whole person: mind, body and spirit.

The Fitness Centre is NOW OPEN. Cost for a year membership is only $350.00 + GST and will include use of the fitness/weight room, locker rooms, sauna, and gymnasium when available for recreational activities. Day and monthly rates will be posted on the application form. APPLICATION FORMS are available at the D.L.B Academy. Our Fitness Centre has many amenities and highlights that make it a truly unique experience for members. Here are some stand-outs:

LOCKER ROOMSThese are a cut above what you'll find at the local gym. Light, airy, clean and highly functional.

SAUNA
This is a separate area where members can relax and unwind. There are 2 saunas, one male and one female.

WEIGHT ROOM

A fully equipped training room with free-weights, universal machines and more.

CARDIOVASCULAR MACHINES
As part of our weight room, cardio machines will be available for our members.

RECREATION/GYM AREA
A full-length gym also allows for programs and other fun human performance activities.

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINER
We will try to pair you up with a private personal trainer. This will be an additional cost that will be discussed between you and your trainer. You and your trainer will create a program specifically designed for you personal needs and goals. There will be more information available in the main office.
